I’ve built my career in transportation operations by going beyond traditional dispatching and stepping fully into operational leadership. My focus has never been limited to covering loads. Instead, I’ve consistently prioritized building systems that improve driver performance, strengthen retention, and protect revenue across every level of operation.
From generating over $4.9 million in revenue to contributing 21.5% of regional production, my results reflect a consistent ability to align daily operations with long-term business goals. These outcomes are not by chance—they are the result of intentional planning, disciplined execution, and a deep understanding of both the operational and human sides of logistics.
Currently overseeing a diverse fleet of port and over-the-road drivers, I manage performance through structured development, clear communication, and real-time decision-making.
